The HERTEL 750380 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in CNC machining and manual milling applications. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/8 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length with a 1/4 inch shank. The TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating improves surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge, extending tool life in abrasive materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides rigidity and wear resistance suited to high-speed finishing and light roughing passes.

This end mill is intended for use in vertical milling machines, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills where a 1/4 inch collet or end mill holder is available. The long-length classification makes it well suited for reaching into pockets or slots where standard-reach tooling cannot access.
