The HERTEL 750376 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 11/16-inch (0.6875-inch) cutting diameter, a 1-3/8-inch length of cut, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle. The micrograin carbide construction provides rigidity and wear resistance at elevated cutting speeds. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating reduces friction and extends tool life. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into the workpiece as well as cut laterally.
This end mill is suited for ferrous and non-ferrous material removal in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. The 3/4-inch shank diameter fits standard ER collets, end mill holders, and Weldon-style tool holders common in production and job-shop environments. The right-hand cutting and flute direction make it compatible with conventional climb-milling setups on standard vertical and horizontal spindles. Machinists, tool-and-die makers, and CNC operators working in production or prototype environments will find this tool applicable for profiling, slotting, and peripheral milling operations.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard tooling selection for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 3/4-inch straight shank end mill in ER collet, Weldon, or end mill holder tooling systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a locked-out state before loading or changing tooling. Seat the shank to the full recommended engagement depth in the tool holder and torque the retention fastener per the tool holder manufacturer specification. Inspect the collet or holder for runout before beginning a cut, as excessive runout will accelerate edge wear on carbide tooling.
