The HERTEL 750302 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length, this stub-length tool delivers rigidity in tight setups where reach is not required. The 30-degree right-hand spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated carbide, extending tool life in abrasive materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides a fine grain structure suited for maintaining sharp cutting edges at close tolerances.
