The HERTEL 750300 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal-cutting environments. It features a 0.5-inch diameter, a 1.5-inch length of cut, and a 6-inch overall length, making it well suited for extended-reach applications where standard-length tooling cannot access the workzone. The micrograin carbide substrate supports the TiCN coating, which improves surface hardness and wear resistance over uncoated tooling. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. This is a centercutting tool, allowing plunge cuts in addition to peripheral and slot milling.
