The HERTEL 750281 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 1 inch cutting diameter and a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, it delivers aggressive material removal in a compact envelope. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in dry or semi-dry machining conditions. A 30-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry promote smooth chip evacuation and reduce cutting forces. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into a workpiece.
