The tool features a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, a 2 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length on a 0.5 inch shank. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality. The TiCN coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated carbide, extending tool life in demanding cutting conditions.
