The HERTEL 750235 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) cutting diameter and a 30-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and consistent surface finishes in tight-tolerance applications. The AlTiN finish provides elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. Micrograin carbide construction adds rigidity and wear resistance. The centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry into the workpiece. This end mill is intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on CNC mills and manual knee mills.
