The HERTEL 62913892 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with TiAlN, it handles high-heat cutting environments where standard HSS tooling falls short. The cutter measures 7/8 inch (0.8750 inches) in diameter with a matching 7/8 inch shank, a 1-7/8 inch (1.8750 inches) length of cut, and a 4-1/8 inch (4.1250 inches) overall length. Its 5-flute fine-pitch geometry breaks chips aggressively and reduces chatter on roughing passes. Right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute direction are standard. This tool is installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments.

This roughing end mill is suited for heavy stock removal on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in vertical machining centers, knee mills, and CNC milling machines. The TiAlN coating improves oxidation resistance and extends tool life at elevated cutting temperatures.
