The HERTEL 41120767 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this cutter handles tough ferrous materials and heat-resistant alloys with greater durability than standard HSS tools. It features a TiCN coating that reduces friction and extends tool life in demanding cuts. The mill measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 2.5-inch length of cut and a 4.625-inch overall length. Four fine-pitch flutes provide efficient chip evacuation while maintaining cutting stability. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard on this configuration.

This roughing end mill is suited for production machining environments where stock removal rate is the priority.
