The HERTEL 30211300 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precision drilling in printed circuit board fabrication and other tight-tolerance applications. It carries a No. 33 wire gauge designation with a decimal diameter of 0.1130 inches (2.87 mm) and a 130-degree drill point angle suited for clean entry and reduced thrust. The fast spiral flute geometry and 35-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation in through-hole drilling operations. The bright polished finish reduces friction and helps maintain dimensional accuracy at the cutting edge. Licensed electricians, PCB assembly technicians, and precision machine shops are the primary installers and users of this bit.
This bit is configured for right-hand cutting and features a tapered web for added rigidity at small diameters.
