The HERTEL 2414407 is a high-speed steel (HSS) chucking reamer designed for precision hole finishing in metal and similar materials. With a 5/8 inch (0.6250 inch decimal) cutting diameter, an 8-flute straight-flute geometry, and a bright uncoated finish, this reamer delivers clean, accurate bores in a single pass. The No. 2 Morse Taper shank seats directly in compatible drill press spindles, lathes, and milling machine quills without an intermediate chuck. It is installed and operated by machinists, toolmakers, and general machine shop personnel.

This chucking reamer is suited for production and repair machining applications where a 5/8 inch finished bore is required.
