The HERTEL 18775 is a high speed steel countersink designed for producing conical seat profiles in metal, plastic, and composite materials. It features a 90-degree included angle and four flutes, which distribute cutting load evenly and promote clean chip evacuation during operation. The 1/2-inch head diameter and straight cylindrical shank make it compatible with standard drill chucks and collet holders found on drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power drills. This countersink is suited for general-purpose machining and fabrication applications in both production shop and maintenance environments.
