The HERTEL 12469019 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 0.125-inch mill diameter, a 0.250-inch length of cut, and a 1.5-inch overall length with a 0.125-inch shank diameter. The 4-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality. The micrograin carbide substrate delivers hardness and wear resistance suited to demanding cutting conditions. This is a single-end, bright/uncoated tool with right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation. Centercutting capability allows for direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill is suited for light-duty slotting, profiling, and contouring passes in machining centers and CNC milling setups.
