Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a TiN coating, it delivers extended tool life under high-heat cutting conditions. The 1-1/2 inch diameter cutter features 6 flutes and a 2 inch length of cut, making it well suited for hogging passes where feed rate and chip evacuation matter more than surface finish. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard on this tool. Installed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals on CNC and manual milling equipment.
