This sealant is designed for all-weather conditions and adheres effectively to various substrates including wood, vinyl, aluminum, steel, metal, brick, masonry, and concrete. It features elastomeric polymers and synthetic resins, resulting in a flexible and rubbery seal that is resistant to dirt, dust, yellowing, and water washout. Once cured, the sealant can be painted with latex paints.
