The cutter measures 0.125 inches in diameter with a 1-inch length of cut, a 2.5-inch overall length, and a 0.125-inch straight cylindrical shank. A 40-degree right-hand helix angle promotes aggressive material removal while reducing built-up edge on aluminum. The variable index geometry helps suppress chatter, improving surface finish and tool life. Installation Notes
