The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 83726 is a solid carbide high-feed end mill designed for aggressive material removal in steels up to 45 Rc. With a 0.1250-inch mill diameter and a 4-flute variable-pitch geometry, it reduces chatter while maintaining high feed rates. The reduced neck profile provides clearance in deep-pocket and tall-workpiece applications. A Tplus coating improves surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in demanding ferrous cutting conditions. This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers running high-feed toolpaths where depth of cut is shallow and feed per tooth is elevated.
This tool is intended for use in steel milling applications on CNC machining centers. The 1/8-inch cutting diameter and 3/4-inch reach length make it well suited for narrow slots, profiling operations, and pocketing in hardened or semi-hardened steels. The 1/4-inch shank diameter provides a secure grip in standard collet chucks and end mill holders. It is used by machinists and CNC operators in job shop, aerospace, die-and-mold, and general precision machining environments where tight tolerances and difficult materials are routine.

Installation is performed by a qualified CNC machinist or tooling setup technician. The 1/4-inch shank should be secured in a properly sized collet chuck or end mill holder torqued to the machine tool manufacturer's specification. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing or inspecting the tool. Confirm toolpath program radius values match the 0.0157-inch program radius of this tool before running.
