The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 83384 is a 7-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in steel, cast iron, and stainless steel applications. The tool measures 0.500 inches in diameter with a 0.625-inch length of cut and a 2.500-inch overall length. It carries an APLUS PVD coating, a proprietary finish engineered to extend tool life in ferrous and low-to-medium alloy steel cutting environments. With a 0.010-inch corner radius, variable pitch flute geometry, and right-hand cutting and flute direction, this end mill delivers reduced chatter and improved surface finish at aggressive feed rates. It is a single-end, non-centercutting design with a straight cylindrical shank.
