The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 83327 is a 6-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding material removal in stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steels. It features a 5/16 inch mill diameter, a 0.50 mm (0.0200 inch) corner radius, and a 3/4 inch length of cut. The Tplus PVD coating provides enhanced wear resistance and thermal stability, making this tool suitable for both roughing and finishing operations in a single setup. The variable-pitch flute geometry helps reduce harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts, extending tool life and improving surface finish quality.

This end mill is designed for use in precision CNC milling applications where tight tolerances and surface integrity are required.
