The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 83154 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for aggressive roughing in stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, hardened steel, and cast iron. It runs a 0.5 inch mill diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length on a 0.5 inch straight cylindrical shank. The six-flute, variable-pitch geometry with integrated chipbreakers reduces harmonics and manages chip evacuation during heavy material removal. The Tplus PVD coating provides heat and wear resistance suited to the elevated cutting temperatures common in stainless and superalloy work. Single-end, right-hand cut, centercutting design.
