Built on the End Mills for Aluminum series, this 3-flute tool features a 40-degree helix angle, variable pitch (variable index) geometry, and a reduced neck profile that improves clearance and rigidity in deep-pocket and contour work. The Zplus coating provides lubricity and edge protection suited to non-ferrous cutting. At 3/16 inches in diameter with a 7/32-inch length of cut, this tool is sized for fine detail work, slotting, and profiling passes where a smaller cutter footprint is required.
