The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 81560 is a single-end, solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling of aluminum and non-ferrous materials. It features a 3/8-inch cutting diameter, three helical flutes, and a 45-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in non-ferrous applications. The cutting edges carry a Zplus ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating, which reduces built-up edge and extends tool life when cutting aluminum alloys, brass, copper, and similar materials. This tool is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators running production or prototype work on vertical machining centers and mill-turn equipment.
