It features a 1/2-inch cutting diameter, a 40-degree high helix angle, and a variable pitch (variable index) geometry that reduces chatter and improves surface finish at higher feed rates. The reduced neck design provides extended reach of 3.75 inches while maintaining rigidity. The bright, uncoated finish is well suited for aluminum, where coating adhesion can cause built-up edge. This tool is a single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute configuration on a straight cylindrical shank.

This end mill is intended for CNC milling operations on aluminum alloys and other non-ferrous metals. Installation Notes
