The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59931 is a 6-flute, solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding material removal in stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steel. It features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 0.06-inch corner radius, and a 0.625-inch length of cut. The HEV-6 series uses a variable pitch design to reduce harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts, supporting both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. Tplus PVD coating enhances wear resistance and heat stability at the cutting edge. The tool measures 2.5 inches overall with a straight cylindrical 0.5-inch shank, and weighs approximately 0.229 pounds.

This end mill is suited for aerospace, medical, and industrial machining applications where tight tolerances and difficult workpiece materials are routine. It excels in side milling, slotting, and profiling operations on stainless steel and high-temperature alloys such as Inconel, titanium, and similar nickel- or cobalt-based materials.
