The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59866 is a 5-flute, solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding material removal in stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. It carries a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 0.50 mm (0.0200 inch) corner radius, and a 1/2 inch length of cut. The Tplus PVD coating resists heat and wear in high-temperature alloy applications. Variable pitch geometry reduces harmonic chatter, making this tool suitable for both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup. It is single-end, centercutting, and runs in a right-hand cutting direction with right-hand flute spiral.
