The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59427 is a 7-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and a 3 inch overall length with a 0.5 inch straight cylindrical shank. The APLUS PVD coating provides enhanced wear resistance and thermal stability. Variable pitch geometry reduces harmonic vibration during cuts, making this tool well suited for aggressive roughing passes in hard and exotic materials. It is a single-end, centercutting design with right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting direction, part of the HEV-C-7 series.

This end mill is engineered for machinists and CNC operators working in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, tool steel, and non-ferrous metals.
