The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59402 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision metal removal in demanding machining applications. It features a 3/8-inch diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 0.50 mm (0.0200 inch) corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life. The 5-flute, variable-pitch geometry with a right-hand helical flute pattern promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces chatter. An APLUS PVD coating improves hardness and heat resistance, making this tool well-suited for high-feed roughing and finishing passes on ferrous workpiece materials. It is installed and used by CNC machinists and toolroom operators.

This end mill is primarily intended for cutting steel, cast iron, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. Installation Notes
