The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59388 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built on the HEV-6 series platform, it features a 1-inch mill diameter, a 3.25-inch length of cut, and a 0.0600-inch corner radius. Six flutes with a variable index and right-hand cutting direction make this tool suited for both roughing and finishing operations. The APLUS PVD coating extends tool life when cutting ferrous and hard materials. Overall length is 6 inches with a 1-inch straight cylindrical shank. Machinists and CNC operators working in job shops and production environments are the primary users.

This end mill is intended for use in vertical and horizontal machining centers running high-precision toolholders. It is rated for primary application in steel and cast iron, with secondary capability in stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and other hard materials.
