The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59007 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision material removal in aluminum and non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 1/8 inch diameter cutting edge with a 0.0300 inch corner radius, a 3-flute spiral geometry, and a 35-degree medium helix angle. The Zplus PVD coating reduces built-up edge and extends tool life in aluminum and soft non-ferrous alloys. With a stub-length profile and center-cutting capability, this single-end mill handles both roughing and finishing passes. It is intended for use in CNC machining centers with high-precision toolholders.

This end mill is sized for small-feature work in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and secondary applications in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hard materials. The 1/4 inch length of cut and 1-1/2 inch overall length make it well suited for shallow-pocket milling, profile passes, and contour work where a stub reach is appropriate. Installation Notes
