The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 48586 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in metal, alloy, and composite materials. It features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and three flutes with a 40-degree helix angle. The variable index geometry reduces harmonic vibration during cuts, improving surface finish and tool life. A Zplus coating provides added wear resistance and heat protection at the cutting edge.
