It features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.1900 inch corner radius with a tolerance of -0.0020 to +0.0020 inches. The Zplus PVD coating is optimized primarily for aluminum and non-ferrous metals, though the tool is rated for use across steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hard materials. A 3-flute, variable-pitch, high-helix geometry promotes chip evacuation and reduces chatter. This end mill is installed by machinists and CNC operators in precision machining environments.
