The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 46266 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/8-inch mill diameter, a 0.09-inch corner radius, and a 3-flute, single-end configuration with a variable-pitch, high-helix geometry. Applied with a Zplus PVD coating, this tool is optimized for aluminum and non-ferrous metals as its primary workpiece materials, while also handling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hard materials. The centercutting design and right-hand flute direction make it suitable for plunge and conventional milling operations.
