The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 26107 is a 7-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in steel and other ferrous materials. With a 0.25-inch mill diameter and a 0.375-inch length of cut, this tool delivers the rigidity and edge strength that production machinists and tool-and-die shops demand. The APLUS coating reduces friction and extends tool life in abrasive cutting environments. The variable index flute spacing minimizes chatter and improves surface finish at aggressive feed rates, making it well suited for finishing and semi-finishing passes in steel.

This end mill is built for CNC milling centers handling steel components in job shop, production, and precision machining environments. The right-hand cutting and right-hand helical flute direction are standard for conventional CNC spindle rotation. The straight-cylindrical shank fits ER collets, shrink-fit holders, and set-screw side-lock holders with a 0.25-inch bore. Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes must be performed with the machine spindle fully stopped and the control in a safe state per shop lockout/tagout procedures. Seat the shank fully into the collet or toolholder and torque the retention nut to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Because this tool is not centercutting, program a ramped or helical entry toolpath rather than a direct Z-plunge. Verify runout at the cutting edge after installation to protect both the tool and the workpiece surface.
