The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 19212 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance material removal in aluminum and non-ferrous workpiece applications. With a 3/8-inch mill diameter, a 1/2-inch length of cut, and a 45-degree helix angle, this single-end tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in the materials where geometry matters most. The Zplus coating, a zirconium nitride (ZrN) finish, reduces built-up edge and improves tool life in non-ferrous cuts. The reduced neck geometry and 1.125-inch reach length allow access in deeper cavities without sacrificing rigidity. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals specify this geometry for aluminum roughing and finishing passes where chatter control and chip flow are critical.

This end mill is suited for CNC milling applications in job shops, aerospace component work, and general manufacturing where aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous alloys are the primary workpiece material. Compatibility
