The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 19210 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance aluminum machining. With a 3/8-inch cutting diameter, 3 flutes, and a 45-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in aluminum alloys. The reduced neck geometry extends reach to 1.125 inches while maintaining rigidity. At 4 inches overall length with a 1/2-inch length of cut, it fits standard toolholding setups on CNC machining centers and manual mills. It is centercutting and right-hand cutting with a right-hand flute direction, making it suitable for conventional slotting, profiling, and ramping operations.

Installation Notes
