Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this insert measures 0.75 inches in overall length and accepts a 3/4-10 UNC thread. The tanged design allows installation with a standard Heli-Coil driver tool. With a 1D length-to-diameter ratio and 5-7/8 free coils, it provides reliable thread engagement in a compact footprint. Installation Notes

After seating the insert to the proper depth, break off the tang using a tang break-off tool or punch; leaving the tang in a blind hole can cause fastener interference.
