I would’ve given them a five star the issue is they accidentally sent me the wrong part that’s not even the issue the issue is they would not send me the correct part until I returned the wrong part they sent to me as a business owner I would’ve just said I’m gonna send you the correct part. Please put the wrong part back in the box and I included a label for you and mail it back to us very simple instead they’re holding the wrong part hostage until they receive that before they’ll send out a new part.

Received the wrong item then was ask to send in pictures after the product was sent back two weeks later. I haven't got back my refund spoke to two different sales person and keep getting a run around first person say that he's seeing my refund and to give it a couple days .one week later have not gotten any thing call back again today 7-1-2024 and was now told that they are waiting for the returns department to issue my refund the customer service is not professional and just tells you BS just to get you off the line would not be buying anything from this company dew to poor customer service
