The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and hard-alloy materials. With 4 teeth and a 0.125-inch neck diameter, this cutter delivers controlled chip evacuation in tight-clearance cuts. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling specialists working on manual or CNC milling equipment.
This cutter is suited for creating symmetrical angular grooves, dovetail-style undercuts, and chamfer profiles on ferrous metals, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys.
