The HARVEY TOOL 980225-C3 is a miniature solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. It carries a 1/8 inch mill diameter with a 0.025 inch corner radius and a 3/16 inch length of cut, making it well suited for stub-reach applications where rigidity matters. The AlTiN PVD coating extends tool life in high-heat cutting environments. With 4 helical flutes in a right-hand cutting direction, this single-end mill supports both roughing and finishing passes. It is installed in a standard straight-cylindrical toolholder and is center-cutting capable.

This end mill fits into the Harvey Tool Miniature End Mills Corner Radius Stub and Standard series. It is sized for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight corner radii and small-diameter work are required. Installation Notes

Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation, as excessive runout on small-diameter end mills accelerates wear and can cause tool breakage.
