With a 1/16 inch (0.0625 inch) cutting diameter and a 3/32 inch (0.093 inch) length of cut, this tool is built for precision work in tight geometries. The three-flute configuration balances chip evacuation and cutting stability. An AlTiN coating provides elevated heat resistance and extended tool life when machining hardened steels, stainless, and high-temp alloys. The variable 34-degree helix reduces chatter and improves surface finish.
