The HARVEY TOOL 968778 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. With a 5/64 inch (0.0780 inch) mill diameter and a 0.117 inch length of cut, this single-end tool is built for tight-tolerance work in small-diameter cutting situations. The 3-flute geometry with a variable helix angle improves chip evacuation and reduces chatter during cutting. The bright, uncoated finish is suitable for a range of workpiece materials where coating is not required. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production machining, and tool-and-die environments.
This end mill is suited for light-material removal, slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling passes where a small-diameter tool is required.
