With a 3/32 inch (0.0930 inch) mill diameter and a 0.279 inch length of cut, this tool is built for tight-tolerance work in small-feature applications. It runs a 5-flute geometry with a 47-degree variable helix angle, which helps reduce chatter and improve chip evacuation at higher feed rates. An AlTiN coating adds heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. This end mill is a single-end, right-hand cut and right-hand flute design installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job shop settings.

This end mill is suited for milling small slots, pockets, and contours in steel, stainless, and other difficult-to-machine alloys where a small-diameter, high-flute-count tool is required.
