The HARVEY TOOL 964393-C3 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision finishing operations in demanding machining environments. Built as a single-end, right-hand cutting tool with a 0.093 inch mill diameter and a 0.01 inch corner radius, it produces controlled edge breaks and smooth contoured surfaces in tight geometries. The long flute design extends the length of cut to 0.625 inches while maintaining a compact 2.5 inch overall length. An AlTiN PVD coating improves heat resistance and tool life when cutting ferrous materials. With 4 helical flutes and a normal pitch, this tool is suited for finishing passes where surface finish and dimensional accuracy matter.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for finishing operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and composite materials. The 1/8 inch straight cylindrical shank seats in standard collets and toolholders.
