The HARVEY TOOL 951331-C3 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding applications. With a 1/32 inch (0.031 inch) cutting diameter and a 5/16 inch (0.312 inch) length of cut, this tool handles tight-tolerance slotting, profiling, and contouring in hard and abrasive materials. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed and dry-cutting environments. Three right-hand flutes with a 30-degree helix angle provide a balance of chip evacuation and surface finish. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry. A licensed machinist or CNC operator typically runs this tool in vertical machining centers or CNC mills.

Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes must be performed with the machine in a full stop and all spindle motion ceased before handling.
