The HARVEY TOOL 923108-C4 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining applications. With a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2 inch overall length, this end mill is built for tight-tolerance work in small-feature geometry. The three-flute, variable helix design at 42 degrees reduces harmonic vibration and improves chip evacuation during high-speed cutting operations. An amorphous diamond coating extends tool life when machining abrasive non-ferrous materials, composites, and graphite.
