It features a 1/8 inch mill diameter, a 3/8 inch length of cut, and a 1/64 inch (0.0150 inch) corner radius that protects part edges and reduces stress concentrations at inside corners. The variable helix geometry helps break up chatter and harmonics during aggressive cuts. At 1-1/2 inches overall length with a 1/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank, this single-end tool fits standard collet chucks and high-precision toolholders used in CNC machining operations.
