The HARVEY TOOL 910732-C3 is a solid carbide double angle milling cutter designed for producing symmetrical V-grooves, chamfers, and dovetail features in metalworking applications. The cutter geometry features a 120-degree included angle with a 1/2-inch cutting diameter and a 0.326-inch cutting width. Six teeth provide a balance of chip clearance and surface finish. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and tool life when running at elevated speeds in ferrous and hardened materials. This cutter is used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on CNC milling centers and manual mills.
This double angle cutter is suited for milling operations that require precise angular profiles in steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials. Typical applications include V-groove milling, chamfering, and thread relief cuts on production and prototype parts. The 1/2-inch shank diameter fits standard ER collets and end mill holders. The 5/16-inch neck diameter and 1-inch neck length provide clearance for accessing recessed features without interference. Cutting parameters including speed and feed should be selected based on workpiece material, machine rigidity, and depth of cut.
