With a 1/16 inch (0.0625 inch) cutting diameter and a 9/16 inch (0.5620 inch) length of cut, this tool is built for tight-tolerance work in small-feature geometries. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at the cutting edge, extending tool life in ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials. Installed by machinists and CNC operators, this end mill suits production shops and toolrooms running vertical machining centers or CNC routers.
This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations where a small-diameter, short-reach tool is required. The 30-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces in shallow-to-moderate depth-of-cut applications. Its single-end, right-hand cutting configuration is standard for conventional CNC milling setups. The 1/8 inch shank diameter fits standard ER collets and end mill holders commonly found in production and prototype machining environments.

Seat the shank fully into the collet or end mill holder to the recommended gauge length before tightening. Do not exceed the tool's rated depth of cut or feed rate for the workpiece material.
