The HARVEY TOOL 76493-C3 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 3/32 inch (0.093 inch) cutting diameter and a 0.279 inch length of cut, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and finishing passes in tight-tolerance work. The AlTiN coating provides oxidation resistance and thermal hardness at elevated cutting temperatures, extending tool life in hardened steels, stainless, and high-temp alloys. Four flutes and a 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and a smooth surface finish. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills where a small-diameter, high-rigidity tool is required. The extended reach design and 5/8 inch reach length make it practical for accessing recessed features or stepped pockets in mold and die work, aerospace components, and precision part manufacturing.
