The HARVEY TOOL 751116-C3 is a solid carbide corner radius corner chamfer end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. With a 1/4 inch mill diameter and four helical flutes, this single-end tool is built for both roughing and finishing operations. The AlTiN PVD coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 0.75 inch length of cut, it fits tight workspaces while maintaining rigidity. The 45-degree chamfer angle and 0.0300 inch chamfer width make it suitable for deburring edges and producing chamfered profiles in a single pass.
This end mill is intended for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. It is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills where edge chamfering and corner radius profiling are required in the same operation. The right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting geometry are standard for conventional CNC setups. With a 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank and normal pitch, it seats securely in standard ER collet chucks and end mill holders. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals working in job shops or production environments will find this tool effective for finish contouring and edge prep on precision components.
Designed for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Fits standard 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical collet chucks and end mill holders on CNC machining centers and manual mills.
Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and the machine in a safe, locked-out state. Seat the 3/8 inch shank fully into the collet or holder before torquing to the tool holder manufacturer specification. Inspect the tool edge and coating condition before each use; do not run a chipped or coated carbide tool. Consult your machine tool manufacturer and tooling supplier for appropriate speeds, feeds, and depth-of-cut parameters for the specific workpiece material.
